I am doing a cake for my MIL wedding.

it will be 10 inch 8 inch and two 4 inch interlocked (see my pictures for a sketch)

She wants WASC cake, White chocolate ganache filling, white chocolate buttercream and white chocolate fondant. I just saw at Global sugar art they are having a sale on Chocopan I have never used it before, but I am wondering about how much I would need and how it tastes (I know I have read some that really like)

Thanks for all the help ....

Choco-pan by far is my favorite fondant as far as taste. Well worth the extra effort it takes to work with it. It can be rolled pretty thin and i think a 4 pound pail will be more then enough for what you are planning on doing.

I'm definately a choc. fondant gal! Chocopan is expensive, but tastes good. It has a REALLY high choc. ratio. If you have hot hands, you might have issues. But choc. fondant IS the way to go, trust me on this.
