I've been trying to use my discount this evening but can't get on the site - I keep getting error messages. Has anyone else had problems with their site today? If I can't get on to place my order, I hope they'll honor the discount tomorrow.

I have been trying for awhile too with no luck. Getting the same error messages. So you are not a lone camper.
I wonder if they just got overloaded or something. But it is definitely on their side.
It's 4 am in Tennessee and I just tried Global Art & got the very same messages, so I'm glad I saw your posts too! I thought this early in the am it would be easier to access, I was wrong on that one. Alan is very good to honor his word thought so hopefully we'll all get to do our share of ordering soon!!
nope, no luck here either. I tried to access the site all day yesterday ever since I saw the 15% off email but got the error message all day long.
Glad I read this...I had become concerned as to why I was getting the error message.
There is a thread here somewhere that the site's servers crashed. They had to move the site to another server and expected it to be done by today. It's still not done, but Alan did say we can still get the discount until 10pm tonight. We'll just have to wait to see if they get the site up.

It took me several attemps on tuesday to get an order thru on their site but I finally got it, I needed to order sps for 5 tier wedding cake and thought, what a perfect time to save some $ for me and then I can get a little something else. Didn't know it was gonna take me about 4 hours to get it done though, but finally it did!! Hope it gets fixed soon for all of you....
