Okay so I need to do a cake and they want it JUST LIKE the photo. How would i stack a cake like this?? Any websites that give photo examples or books maybe?

Also what would you charge for something like this as well? I myself have done many tiered cakes now but nothing so large and elaborate.

Thank you all for your time

This is actually really easy to do. It just looks more intimidating than it really is.

First, place the bottom plate on something elevated so it is above the table by 4-5 inches. Then place your bottom plate. Add your fountain in the center of that and the pillars around the fountain. Then your top plate. The cakes are basically stacked on that...the same as you would do a stacked cake. Dowel well.

The other cakes are just placed around the bottom plate where the pillars join (to cover them some) and decorate the area with whatever decorations there are.
