Hi everyone...I have an upcoming cake order for a topsy turvy cake...no problem there, done them before...my question is what would be the best pans to use? I am having a major mental block with this...should I do it 3 tiers or 4 tiers? Any help would be great,...this is for Friday! Thanks SOOO much! :c)

The sizes of the cake depends on how many servings your customer needs.

Don't worry, we all have moments like that time to time.

I don't think that there is a specific chart for topsy turvy. I haven't done it myself though. Our Topsy Turvy Queen, Tonenda will be able to help you if you PM her.

Sorry not much of a help.
