Hey all
Is there a list somewhere that tells you how many boxes per pan???? I know the 1/2 sheet takes 2...but what about rounds????

Well, you will need to do a little math.
There are several pan size conversions I use:

the second one is B A K I N G 9 1 1 - CC doesn't like this link.

Half sheet comes around 12 cups. This means for you, that 1 box makes 6 cups. Look at the volume - 1 mix would be round 8x2in, square 8x8x2 etc.

0.5 mix = one 8" round or one 6" square
1.0 mix = one 10" round or one 8" square
1.5 mix = one 12" round or one 10" square
2.0 mix = one 14" round or one 12" square
3.0 mix = one 16" round or one 14" square

I will add that since I switched to a convection oven, I use a little more batter than I used in my regular oven.
