I saw these adorable cupcakes on Cupcakes Take the Cake. I would love to make the mushroom cupcakes, but don't know how! Is that poured fondant? How would you suggest to make these cupcakes?

It looks like they took a regular cupcake, cut off the top, turned the bottom upsidedown, cover the bottom in rolled white fondant (try MMF or Michelle Foster's from this site), cover the top piece with red fondant, decorate w/fondant accents; attach red portion onto white with buttercream. HTH.
