It's me again.
It will be 4 layers high (6x9), 2 inches each + buttercream filling.
What is the best way to but fondant on this beast?
drape it over the top and smooth or would you cut out side and top panels and "glue" them on?

depends on what you feel comfortable doing. id probably try for an all in one, but panels would work too.
