Hi,, I am making a wedding cake for my nephews wedding in a couple of weeks. This is my first wedding cake,, Is there a discussion forum for doing a wedding cake,, what to do first, ,, How to stack, when to start baking,,e tc. anywhere in the forums? I'm sure most of my questions have been asked before. Thanks for any help

If you do a search in the forums for "wedding cakes" or "first wedding cake" you will get a ton of info. I know lots of people have asked the very same questions I'm sure you're wondering about. It may take a little bit but I think you'll come up with the info you need.

1st - bake your cakes & wrap them well then freeze them. You won't be so rushed & then you can concentrate on getting everything else organized,.....icing, dowels or SPS, decorations, cake boards, etc..
