I loved Ashley too! I think she and the other newbie from Dallas really did an excellent job. Personally I thought Ashley should have won and the lady from Dallas second, but the political chances of a newbie winning is kind of slim. But I sure was rooting for them!

I loved it! You gotta love Newbies that can give the veterans a run for the money. I thought both of the new challengers did an awesome job.

I think the winner won because he used more techniques to get it done. I lighter to make pulled sugar??? He was resoureful and that got it for him. Ashley's complaint from the judges was a simple apple that showed the seem? I thought her work as outrageous! To get all the 7 dwarves done so fast, accurately and get them life like (animated like). I loved that she turned them on at the last for a surprise. I really think her cake looked like a theater poster. The evil witch towering above. Great cake and can't wait to see more of her in upcomming shows!

This one was called Disney Classic Cakes. They did Pinocchio, Mary Poppins, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs. It was an awesome show! It will be repeated next Sunday night I think....

I want to say Thursday night. You gotta watch it. Ashley made the perfect hand, just to big for the piece and made one last minute like nothing. Never lost a step. All the cakes were good. Listen for the comparison to Kerry Vincent, LMAO

I almost DIED when I heard the remark about the up-tuned nose. I think she has spunk (in addition to immense talent). I LIKE HER!!

I thought Ashley's cake was outstanding! All 7 dwarfs, Snow White, an exceptional evil queen, plus the moving base...extremely awesome! This challenge was one of the best in a long, long time.

It'll be on again this Wednesday at 6pm (central time). I had it on the television but the only part I saw was the critique on the snow white cake (Ashley's cake?) and the part about the apple. I thought that was a magnificent cake. Can't wait to see the entire show this week and all the finished cakes.
