I have a question and I feel sure this has been addressed before but here goes. What buttercream recipe do you recommend to use that holds up to heat? I will be doing a wedding cake May 30 that will be done in buttercream. Is there a recipe that does better than others? Any suggestions are welcome. Or ideas on how to store and serve.
Indydebi's Crisco based buttercream........everyone swears by it & she says it will hold up in heat & humidity. I made it for the 1st time this weekend & it got great reviews, everyone loved it. HTH
