I got a strange request.. someone wants a peppermint crisp fridge tart for a wedding cake and then it is part of the desert. I wanted to make individual ones and stack them up like I do with my cupcake towers (there's one in my photos) then put one big one on top 4 the wedding cake/tart.. but how do you make this look impressive any ideas as to how to make it look any bit like its 4 a wedding? decorate with chocolate maybe? aawh where to start.. .

Maybe have a funky heart siloutte standing up on each tart? Could you maybe stick a whole heap of hearts on wires and stick them into the top layer to tie it all together?

make little ones and pipe the cream on top like you did for your cupcakes. You can add little gumpaste flowers or hearts like the above poster suggested.

Something like this

The top one you can wrap a chocolate collar around and add the same flowers.

When is the wedding? I wouldnt do it during the summer months, but in the cooler ones the tarts should be fine. I make wrap cakes like that with chocolate paste, its a lot sturdier than plain chocolate, even transported 100 of them an hour away in summer.
