I know kelsey, it's awful. I did a bit of coding when hubby was a web designer and even I wouldn't put something so clearly unfinished out.

It'll be interesting to see if they come back with any constructive replies to the complaints. I particularly liked one who's lost all their favourite recipes and was told they will be kept in the database and that functionally will be added back at a later date! Helpful when you need the stuff you kept here!

I think Kathy's struggling to get on as she's wrote a message on the cake Central facebook page. 

So I'm just thinking what's happened to all the pictures that we've submitted to the thread previously, have they all gone forever now? 

18 notifications by email all sent at the same time, notifications for messages that were posted hours ago. 

Loubee, no idea where they've gone! It doesn't look like we can add any links to our posts, though we can post videos... Wow all that time they were down and this is what happens? Why change what was great in the first place?

Do you all get the first page of this thread after you click submit? It's so maddening to have to scroll all the way down then click on the page number just to get back to this page again!!!

Long story short, they had to pay to continue with their host and decided "Ahh you know what, we can do that ourselves; for free!" 

Well guess what chumps, YOU CAN'T!

Gah 73 emails through all in one go!? Wtf! This is driving me mad. I've already turned off my notifications and it's still sending them. Then it logged me out and when I tried to log back in it said 'too many unsuccessful log in attempts made globally, no more log in for another 2 seconds'. What does that even mean!? 

This is really frustrating when we had such a good thing going before.

Wow sugar and I was complaining about 18 emails. 

I turned off all notifications because I stopped coming here around xmas. Now I'm getting emails left right and centre, even since I came back to turn notifications again. There doesn't even seem to be the option to delete my account. hope it kicks in overnight as I'm bored of deleting the emails...

Holy smokes, I've had about 30+ email notifications from each and every reply on this thread. I love CC, but not all these emails, especially since they're all going to my blog's email address. 

I can't seem to find any way of turning off the reply notifications too. Does anyone know how? Thanks muchly.

Well they've fixed the notification emails now it seems.

This is possibly the most horrible upgrade EVER.  I am totally cheesed off because I now cannot access the site from my work pc at all (they don't have the latest Windows) and all I get is a long page of blank lines with the odd square box here and there.  At least my laptop has Windows 8 and I can now see stuff.  I've been on the UK Bakers Clan that was set up by Tiddy a while ago - that's so much better than this.  Hopefully can get my password reset and return as myself!
