Ok-I'm sorry if this is listed somewhere else. I tried to do a search and it said there were 39931 results!! Too many to search through! I recently tried to make the rolled buttercream recipe by michele25 that is listed here on CC because my family isn't really very fond of even the MM fondant. So I was looking for a new alternative-and they really love buttercream. But...I don't know if I did something wrong- I followed the recipe to a T, and it was just a goopy mess! I'm not even really sure how to describe it-it just fell apart no matter what I did. I couldn't even begin to roll it out. So I finally gave up-and went back to MMF. Does anyone have any experience with it?

I used the recipe contributed by JennaB on CC. It worked beautiful and handled like fondant but was easier to fix mistakes. I think it is recipe 1603. Hope it works for you.
