I am pretty new to the whole cake decorating scene and I already have an order. I also have a dilemma. My client wants a four wheeler trail cake with a few 4 wheelers on it, and says it would be great if one or even all of them could be edible. I don't want them to be very large, as to fit well on the trails. Any tips on how to do it, w/o lacking in the details. I was thinking of using RKT, like I am for the tops of the trees, and bushes, but how easy is it to mold something thats just a few inches tall and wide? Or maybe fondant?I need help, I want to show that I can do this. But I'm just afraid its too much for a beginner. Please help!!!Any advice is greatly appreciated.
