Does anyone know how many servings you get from a 7" square cake? (4 inches high). I found the cake pans online but cannot find that size on any serving charts.

Please help!

According to my chart, it's 15 "party" servings or 22 "weddding". The wedding servings are a bit smaller....

(btw, my servings are usually smaller then Earlene's but bigger than Wilton.)

The good news is that on a square cake it's easy to do the math to find the number of servings.

If you cut them 1x2x4 (4 being the height), then a 7" cake would be cut in 7 rows by approx 3 columns .... 21 servings.

If you cut them 1.5 x 2 x 4, a 7" cake would be cut into 4 rows by 3 columns = 12 servings (it actually works out to 4.5 rows by 3.5 rows so this is a BIG approximate!)

Use this math for any square or rectangle pan and you'll have your info instantly! thumbs_up.gif
