Does anyone have any suggestions for a cake covering that isn't buttercream (they don't like it) or fondant (I have to freeze the cake because I'll be out of town on the party date)? thanks!

icer101, can I freeze a cake that is iced with Bettercreme? I am finally going to get to try it ... when I get back from Tel Aviv in a couple of weeks - but it would be great if I could freeze the completed cake if I absolutely have to.

Thanks!
