HI, I am doing a wedding cake (sketch in my pictures) for my MIL
The flavors she wants are the following -- do you think it is too much or do you have any other suggestions that would make it better?
White chocolate crusting buttercream
(some how a white chocolate fondant)
With a white chocolate ganache (whipped) filling
what do you think, should I advise for a different flavor ?
We can not have dark/reg chocolate - as my MIL gets terrible migranes from it.
THanks for your help! I was really surprised when she didn't want a fruit filling... but I think she is just worried that she is asking to much...

I just made chocolate fondant, if you would like my recipe and try it with white chocolate chips let me know. OR if you want to order fondant, my favorite white chocolate fondant it is Choco Pan.
I made Michelle Foster's Fondant and added white chocolate to it and it was delicious (and I don't even like fondant). It's super easy to do and I found that it made less of a mess than marshmallow fondant.
