Think these would work in frostings/cakes etc? It looks really interesting to me!

I was skeptical when I clicked on the link, because I expected it to be full of all sorts of additives and preservatives, but they are literally JUST powdered fruit. I usually use frozen 100% fruit purees when fresh fruit isn't an option, but this definitely sounds like something I could work into hundreds of applications, for all sorts of desserts and candies. I may have to do some experimenting!

They work very well.
I've never bought any, I just dehydrate my own. Just dry to a crisp, bag, and run them through the spice grinder when you want them. If I want a very fine powder, I shake them through a fine mesh strainer.

I know a lot of people who buy their fruit snacks for their kids and they love them! So I am assuming that these are just as high quality.

I will just have to bite the bullet and buy some and try them out.
