For how long can it stay at room temp and is this considered a whipped buttercream (light and fluffy) or whipped cream??
I have a huge cupcake order and would like to ice the cupcakes early in the morning the day of delivery. Problem is the cupcakes are favors so people might not eat them that day and I'm wondering if the Bettercreme will work for this.

Are you asking about buttercream or bettercreme? Bettercreme has a whipped cream consistency and can be left out for up to five days. I am not sure how long buttercream can be left out, but I think quite a while.
