I've only made ganache once, to use as a filling. I have a tiramisu flavored cake that I have iced in cream cheese BC and want to pour a glaze of ganache over it. How do I do this? Does it melt the BC? I have a ganache recipe, but it is very thick. Do I just add more cream to thin it out? How long do I wait before I pour it over the cake? Sorry, lots of questions. Total newbie when it comes to ganache. Thanks for any help!! icon_smile.gif
