My husband got me hooked on a Web site that is filled with story submissions from people working in some sort of customer service role, and how the customer is "not always right."

Isn't it amazing? I swear people just don't THINK before they say some things. They all get too busy to just stop, think, then act. 
That site is just full of stories of that (and those where people are just...off).
I could waste hours reading the stories.

I have noticed recently, though, that more and more people are realizing how hard this actually is. Some don't, but they are the minority. Which really brightens my day!
