I know you can freeze BC, but can I freeze most fillings too? I have a tasting on Friday and am making everything this week, but don't have room in my upstairs freezer.

How long can you freeze them? Curds (no eggs), and BC...
I want to avoid freezer burn.

I would appreciate any help.
