I have an 8" round cake leftover & I want to decorate it so I can add it to my portfolio. Problem is, I have NO ideas!! Anyone?? I'd like to use fondant.

Ooohhhh my goodness! There are soooooooo many ideas in the gallery. Is there some technique or look you want to try that you haven't done before? Do you want a b'day or anniversary or what idea?

corset style cake (tall - i guess not if you have a regular height cake!)
collette peters style cake - challenge your self!

retro circles (just saw a retro square cake - cool)

A lot of people do animal prints in fondant that look really cool.
