I've never done a tiered cake before and I just received my first order for one this weekend! I think it'll be 3 tiers.
I need any and all tips and tricks ~ PLEASE!
How do you stack them, how do you transport them, etc.
Thanks!

tonedna has an awesome tutorial on youtube! It's called "How to stack a cake my way"

Good luck!

I really like SPS - Single Plate System. There is a sticky on how to use it. It's cheap and works great.

Sorry for the multiple posts, but instead of receiving the "message posted" tag, I got one saying that I didn't have authorization to access.... (Don't know what happened after that to cause me NOT to be able to delete the "extras" no matter how I tried.) icon_sad.gif
