Hi, emiyeric, sorry no current Houstonian has been able to give you a reply and I hope this isn't too late and that it helps. I'm a Houston native but I've been gone for years. If I were visiting there, though, I would head for the nearest Sam's, CostCo or WalMart and see what they have. I think Bettercreme is sold in most of these places. In Mexico, I get it at a chain store called Soriana (not always in stock, but when it is, I buy lots). Of course, I have no reason to suppose you're ever in Mexico, but just in case...
