I want to make a few cake dummies for practice. But i have a few questions.

Qhere does everyone buy their cheap dummies?

If covering in fondant should i buy the countour dummies or the regular ones?

Should I just use mmf with no flavor added?

Any tips for my first fondant dummies?

Here are some dummy threads that will give you a lot good info:

A great place to get dummies is www.d a l l a s-f o a m.com

I don't put flavoring in my BC that does on the dummies. No one is going to eat it, so even tho' it's a miniscule cost, I save the cost.

Cover your dummies with glad press n seal, then you can reuse them.

What a great idea Jen!! Thanks. Are the dummies heavy enough, or do you nail them down somehow?
