Has anyone ever made one and stacked it. I have a customer who would like me to make one tier of the cake this. Any ideas if it would work? I was thinking you could make two of them and stack between a regular torted cake. What do you ladies think? TIA
Just a guess here, sounds like your idea of using a plain cake in-between the two upside down cakes would work. The traditional pineapple upside down cakes are so moist/wet makes them, in my opinion, very fragile for stacking on themselves.
