I am looking for help in freezing cupcakes for an order. I bake from scratch as mixes cost a fortune here (AROUND $9 overseas). Can anyone who does this from scratch give me some pointers and steps and possibly a recipe that you use or would the recipe not make a difference.
It's not that big of an order (100 pcs.) but I am in the middle of IVF and don't want the added stress of doing them last minute.

OK, nevermind, I did a search before and nothing came up (like most of my searches) but then I started looking thorugh the pages of the forum and found my answer
