So in the latest issue of Bride's, there's a section on saving money on the wedding. Of course, one of the suggestions is to use cupcakes instead of a tiered cake. But this time they add "bakery cupcakes can be pricey, so use grocery store cupcakes." icon_twisted.gif Mmmmm, delicious!

Then at the end of the article, there's a section called "cheap, not chic" which lists tacky things that you shouldn't do. Included in the list is "fake (styro) cakes" Suddenly, after two years of telling people to get a fake cake to cut costs, they're saying it's cheap and tacky to do that? Funny, especially since we know it's not cheaper anyway!
