Whisk Vs. Paddle ?

I would like to know? Which one you really use to beat a Cake Batter. One use the Whisk & The othe use the Paddle, Which, One is best to mix a Cake batter, Please, Help icon_sad.gif I'm Willing & Still learning. Thanks for your Responds. Have a Good Day thumbs_up.gif

I've always used the paddle becuase the whisk will incorporate too much air and can make large air holes in your cake.

The only thing I've ever used (or seen used) a whisk for is to whip egg whites into meringue. Otherwise, paddle for everything.
