I made a cake for my cake class last night. It's 8'' tall and 8'' wide. It has 6 layers to it. Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse.
If I cut them at 2x2 slices how many slices will I get? Approx.

Given how many layers will that still be 16 servings?

8 divided by 2 is 4, 4x4 is 16. 16 servings.
but, since it hase so many layers i would cut them 1x2 (wedding cake style) and then you would have 32 servings
