Does any one know if i should refrigerate italian meringue buttercreme? icon_confused.gif i just made a cake with it and idon't know what to do with it.

post #2 of 3 can be left out for several days. However, I always refrigerate my cakes so they're firm for transport. I let folks know to let them come to room temp before they eat them.
