Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or opinions on modifying the 3-D bear pan into a bird?
More specifically the Jayhawk bird (Mascot for KU can be found at this link
http://www.jayhawkbookstore.com/index.html )

I've had someone inquire and have other ways I can do it but I'd love to try a 3-D one.

Any opinions or suggestions?

Thanks!

I could see you using the bear pan for this.

I would carve off the ears and use Rice Krispie treast to form the tail end. You could also use them to attach to the sides of the bear after carving off the legs/arms to form the "feather arms"

Good luck
