I am making cupcakes for a Mom's group that I am in and what I wanted to do was bring toppings so the kids can put what they want on their cupcakes. My question is if I make them and ice them wont the icing dry and then when we are ready to serve them the toppings wont stick. Does anyone have any advice for me on what to do?

Thank you

Good point! The only option would be is to store the frosting in a airtight container and frost as you hand them out. That could be time consuming but could work. OR let the kids put their own frosting on too, that would be fun for them!!! icon_biggrin.gif
