I'm going to need some more specifics from you.
how do you do your website?
is it some sort of template that you are modifying?
how are you editing your content?
this affects how you enter the stuff.

next what do you want the link to look like?
are you just wanting a 'click here' text link?

e.g. my favorite cookie person!
she has a link to her flickr site.

ok for a text link..
go to
click on the header that says 'your photostream'
now look at the adress bar up at the top, it should be something like:
this is the URL that you want to use
also on flickr there is a 'share this' button with a 'grab the link' option
that should get you th URL

also when you click on one of your pictures go to the 'share this' button
and you can get the URL with theHTML code all set up (under 'embed this')

you want to go to your webpage editor and either paste in the HTML that you got from flickr or use this:
<a href=" {YOUR URL PASTED HERE}">{your text that will show up as a link}</a>

if you give me some more specific questions, I can try to answer.
