Hey there!! I'm new to baking! I'm currently a college student going for a bachelors in Elementary Edu. But recently i fell in love with baking and wondering if i should get a certification. I've been so inspired by Ace of Cakes and I'd love to do what they do. so much in fact i've wondered about changing my major (i'm only a year or so into college). Do you guys have any recommendations for me? What can i do to get more into baking (i love baking cakes and cupcakes the most). I'm just worried i'm not artistic enough to do crazy things with cakes, and i know nothing about making or using fondant which i'd love to do.
