?directions On Sculpting A Fish From Cake?

I did a search but didn't find any directions. I thought there was a tutorial at one point.... My son is into fishing and I'd like to do a tackle box and a fish for his bday. Can anyone point me in the right direction for finding instructions on sculpting a fish cake??

I would love find out about this also. My dad is a fishing nut and I would love to be able to do this for his birthday. Can't wait to see what everyone comes up with.
