Does anybody know how you get chocolate or dark colored fondants to have that shiny look. My black and chocolate fondants look very dry once they go on a cake....any suggestions?
You could give the fondant polish with crisco or oil - it comes only very little on the fondant. But please try it beforehand on a piece of fondant, not on the cake itself - I know it mostly from homemade MMF.
