Sorry to ask this...I have tried searched for the answer...but I made some MMF about a month ago...it's in the fridge, still soft...tastes fine...I need to make a cake on march 28...should I use it or make new MMF...
What do you think?
If it still tastes good and will roll out well, I'd say use it. =o)
I say use it! I still have some from 3 weeks ago, and just used it on a cake, and it was just fine. Good luck!
I have some from December....covered in my pantry and it is still good. I just nook it in 5 sec. increments to get it plyable again. I was told, if it isn't all dried out...it is still good, so I am still using mine.
