The bakery I work at is willing to send us to Detroit, Michigan all expense paid to what they are saying is the biggest food show in the USA. Our Lipari rep told us about it and encouraged us to go. I am the only cake decorator at the bakery and wondering if it would benefit me to go to this? Has anyone else been there and what was it like? I would have to make a few family arrangements if I go and if it is not really for decorators I would just as soon not go. Is it more about the food and pre packaged items? I posted this in the Event Forum and only got 1 response, so I thought I would try here and see if I can get some more views on this. Please someone give some info as I need to tell them if I am going!!! Thank you.

I tried googling it, but can't find anything. My culinary instructors have all recommended we attend the big Chicago Food show. I'd like to see some info on the one you're talking about.
