My chili is now the requested chili, ever since Thanksgiving. Ultimate compliment, considering I'm the only one not TX born and bred, in our crowd of cooks.

Today is the 2nd time since T Day I've tried to make it and not right, again!

I finally find the cookbook I devised the recipe from and discover I left ingredients out.

I'm making chili, so any normal person would have the chili powder and oregano out. Nope, not me! icon_redface.gif

This does not bode well, I'm supposed to make Oriental buffet for this weekend. LOL

Bless your heart, it's the only spice I don't need for the Oriental buffet.

You did remind me I forgot to get pineapple for the sweet and sour sauce.

Now it doesn't make me feel so bad that I have to go buy 2, not 1 of the same tool at the Home Depot of my nightmares. I absolutely can't stand going in that store. Unfortunately, they are the only store that sells the tool I have to buy.

I can't wait for next week. My dogs still haven't had their rattlesnake vaccine. $$$$ down the drain constantly.

I know poor pitiful me. LOL at my self!

Yes they have a rattlesnake vaccine. Good stuff in my neck of the woods.
