Grrrrr. The cupcakes I made yesterday for "practice" are beautiful, except today, the liners are coming lose from them. Why?

I might use nut cups instead. Advice?

If you let the cupcakes cool in the pan, the trapped steam is loosening the wrappers.

Try removing the cupcakes from the pan/s to a rack to cool, and see if this doesn't resolve your problem.

Thank you so much. Typically, I don't let them cool in the pan but I got busy this week and I in fact did so I bet that is why! It's never happened before, but I've always moved them to cooling racks icon_wink.gif Thanks soooooo much!

And don't spray them with Pam. That's what i was doing...and luckily JanH helped me too.
