I had a consult with a young Bride to be yesterday -
She likes the idea of the small square mini cakes - so i am off to buy one of those Silverwood pans that makes 16 square mini's at once.

I am looking forward to the challange and hopefully when all 75 are done they will look lovely for her.
50 are to be fruit cake and 25 are to be Jaffa flavoured Chocolate mud cake.

Just wondering - anyone use this style of multi pan?
Fortuanately the liners come included in the price ... thats a bonus thumbs_up.gif

Wedding is not until September - but i plan on making some before hand to try my hand at the pan and decorating.

Whoa, that pan looks really cool. I have been wanting to make some like that. I might have to get that pan and give it a whirl.

Thanks for sharing that pan link!
