How do I get this with round pans? Earlene's chart has me confused. I am baking the couple an extra anniversary cake, so the top tier will be used in serving guests. Can someone help please?
half an hour ago, I just quoted a bride 250 servings, so we just went thru this configuration.
I use the wilton wedding serving chart:
16/12/10/8/6 = 230 servings, including the top tier.
