I have looked online high and low for these paper pennants and can't find them anywhere. Does anyone know where I can purchase these for my cupcakes or have another creative idea for labeling cupcake flavors in a display case.

this place has some if you scroll down that appear to be plain white, it says you can custom design them....maybe they'd give you a reduced price if you just get plain ones?

Otherwise, what I do is take address labels and cut them in half lengthwise so I have two long strips and then fold one strip around a toothpick and write the flavor on it......I suppose if you wanted to "print" them up in a nice font you could do that pretty easily too.
