One more question before I begin my assembly......Do I put my bottom layer on a board of it's size like I do with the other layers??? or do I put the bottom layer directly on the decorative cake board?

Sorry it took so long. The photographer just got me the photos today.
There are a lot of imperfections, but overall I was pleased since this was the first time I had done this. This website helped me tremendously. I couldn't have done it otherwise. Thanks again!
