I have frozen NFSC with royal icing but never tried the RB and am wondering how well it freezes/ defrosts? and do I need to defrost it any special way? or can I just set them out on the counter

I am glad you asked this question. I have been using RBC but have never known if it could be frozen or not.

I use RBC and freeze it. I thaw it in the frig. I've had people freeze my cookies and said they are as fresh then as when they got them.

What is RBC? Probably will go..."Oh Yeah!" once you post it, but just not recalling.
