I need some help

I just made a batch of WASC, and put it in 3 pans, but they all won't fit on the center rack of the oven, and I would have to put the bottom rack on the very bottom to be able to use two racks.

Will the batter in the 3rd pan last until the 2 I have in the oven right now are done? Or do I need to toss it out?

Thanks for your help!

It will be fine. Don't toss it!

I have to cook my wasc seperate all the time. I have a 27" wall oven and it is never a problem.

It will last. I've let batter sit on the counter in a pan for hours before baking it many times, and it always bakes just fine.

If it makes you nervous, just put it in an airtight container in the fridge while the other pans bake.
