I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to stack a stage cake. I have tried it several ways but not happy with any of them.
Okay, I'll see if I can explain this...This is how I do it anyway. Say I start with 3-10in cakes. The bottom is just like any other two layers, iced and stacked. The third is cut in-half, iced and stacked like a half-moon. Next, you stack the half-moon rounded side flush with the back, flat side to the front. Confused I hope this is what you meant. HTH K'ly
