I recently moved from the US to the United Arab Emirates. . . and feel like I am in a cake decorating wasteland I cannot find even basic supplies over here. I am desperate for a way to color buttercream and fondant--I cannot find gel icing colors. Any ideas? Spinach juice for green anyone?!?!
I have found a liquid food coloring that comes in a bottle and has the consistency of an extract; what would that do to the BC or fondant? Would I need to replace the extract with the coloring in the recipe?

Liquid food coloring is too watery and dillute to color frosting or fondant. Can you order online and have supplies shipped to you?
